January is done and over!

This month has been a learning experience! I have found discoveries about myself, that I was surprised about! I have really enjoyed the new things I tried, I will be doing so much more for my life ! I also was surprised at the areas which I struggled with, I really need to take control of them, and not allow them to control me. Again we are all a work in progress, although I had struggles, which I will probably continue to have, I will not beat myself up for any longer, I will just keep MOVING FORWARD!!!

First off I want to say so many Thanks to Maria Emmerich for her cookbook 30 Day Cleanse, we followed this book for almost the entire month; we had made a trip to south Texas and it was hard to eat these recipes when you are staying at someone’s else’s home. But I did still remain Keto! This book helped expanded our culinary keto choices! I loved every recipe we tried, hubby ate everything I made, and has already requested some of the recipes stay in our regular menu!

Next I also want to thank Pahla B for starting her Youtube channel 7 years ago, but I just learned about it this January! The workouts were not hard, but it did challenge me, which is what I needed. They were so coinvent and the longest one I believe was 26 minutes? But don’t quote me! I am going to pat myself on the back and say, even when I traveled I still did these workouts! They are that easy to do! I completed all 31 days! And I will be started another one she has for February.

I also discovered I really have an issue with not snacking at night! To be honest I am not even hungry just wanted to eat! So I am working very hard on breaking this!

I did prove to myself that I can change the way I live! I live for life now, instead of what I cannot have, I eat what I want to eat, and what I want to eat is foods that will continue healing me and helping me to get healthy.

I completed my first virtual race, YAY go me!! It was a walk to Mt. Fuji, here is my first medal 46 miles!

Now for the numbers!!!! I am very please with myself! A total of 11lbs gone from my body! and a total of 4.75 inches! Inches matter people!! Measure yourself, when the scale sat there the inches told me that I was indeed still losing!

My goals now for Febuary are as follows:

I will continue meal planning and doing intermittent fasting! I will continue working out daily! I will continue for my goal of drinking 96 ounces of water a day! I will continue loving me and the positive changes I am doing in me! And why is that? Because this Queen is worth it! And so are you! Never give up, and long as you have breath, you can choose to better yourself!
